UK Delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours, where possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email together with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

We are pleased to ship internationally. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and may vary from time to time to reflect destination, carrier costs and other relevant factors.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid to Elavanyo.

International deliveries may also take longer to arrive where parcels are subject to customs processing or local postal delays. Unfortunately, these matters are outside our control.

Returns

We hope you will be entirely pleased with your order. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you should send it back to us within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Please retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Customers are entitled to inspect goods in the same way they might reasonably do in a shop. Where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or condition, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email and let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

We will process refunds without undue delay and, where applicable, within the statutory time limits. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

For eligible cancellations, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, any additional delivery cost is not normally refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but the funds have not yet appeared, we recommend first checking with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at contact@elavanyo.com.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement for the same item and provide instructions regarding the return.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

Return shipping costs are not normally refundable.

For higher-value returns, particularly items valued above £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. Elavanyo cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that do not reach us.
